EMC tests
Our competences with respect to research capabilities of the Electromagnetic Compatibility Laboratory are confirmed by the following accreditations.
- Accreditation of the Polish Centre for Accreditation, Certificate No AB 1732.
- Accreditation re: Defence and Security, Certificate no. 64/MON/2023.
Among tests offered by LKE Radiotechnika Marketing Sp. z o.o., you can find,:
- EMC emission and susceptibility testing performed in the SAC chamber based on requirements of military standards, type NO-06-A200, MIL-STD-461 etc.
- EMC emission and immunity testing performed in the SAC chamber with three meter measuring distance, based on requirements of industrial standards, type PN-EN 55013, PN-EN 55014 etc.
- EMC conducted susceptibility testing based on requirements of military standards, type NO-06-A200, MIL-STD-461 etc.
- Shielding effectiveness testing of chambers and materials based on requirements of IEEE Std 299, PN-EN 50147-1 standards etc.
- Screening attenuation testing of shielded wire harnesses and coaxial cables based on requirements of IEC 62153-4-4 standard, etc.
- Attenuation characteristics and other hybrid parameters (h-parameters) testing of EMI filters, coaxial cables, and many other measurements.
- In situ testing , performed in the place of EUT installation or on Customer’s site.
The Electromagnetic Compatibility Laboratory is equipped with measuring infrastructure and instruments from leading manufacturers, allowing to perform the following tests of:
- conducted emissions levels within the range from 9 kHz to 30 MHz
- radiated emissions levels within the range from 9 kHz up to 26.5 GHz
- immunity levels to electromagnetic field within the range from 10 kHz to 18 GHzscreening attenuation & transfer impedance for shielded coaxial cables and cable harnesses within the range from 9 kHz to 3 GHz
- shielding effectiveness for chambers and materials within the range from 10 kHz to 18 GHz
- shielding effectiveness for chambers and materials within the range from 10 kHz to 18 GHz
- attenuation of coaxial cables with impedance 50Ω and 75Ω
- frequency characteristics for subassemblies and equipment within the range from 10 MHz to 20 GHz
- attenuation characteristics for anti-interference filters
- immunity levels to conducted disturbances
We are presenting below the basic parameters of SAC chamber which is the main unit in the laboratory:
- Internal dimensions 6 x 9 x 5.5 m.
- Door clearance 2 x 2.5 m.
- Rotary table diameter 1.5m.
- Rotary table loading capacity 500 kg.
- Possible configuration for ALSE requirements.
- Equipped with ferrite and conical absorbers.
