For these lines we offer connectors based on both expanded beam technology and physical contact, in addition: for hybrid connectors hermaphroditic variants are also available.
The most essential aspect in the area of hybrid harnesses is that there are no standard solutions, every solution must be agreed with the customer on a case-by-case basis. Our strategic partner in the field of cables – Optical Cable Corporation (OCC) – offers a broad range of cables designed to meet specific needs of our clients and much smaller minimum order quantities than other producers. This enables preparation of solutions using professionally manufactured cable with repeatable technical characteristics. For very short lines (up to 100m), our electrical harness department is able to produce hybrid cables in any configuration using the technology of manual cable forming from single wires, fibres, braids and heat shrink pipes.
