Cable harnesses for military and industrial vehicles are made based on Raychem technology (system 25 and 100). Specially developed technologies provide an opportunity to produce a complete system of cable harnesses maintaining high resistance to external factors.
Harnesses produced using components from system 25 are characterized by high resistance to extreme temperatures, strong mechanical impacts and to aggressive liquids used in automotive industry (such as diesel or jet fuel).
Components from system 100 ensure all benefits listed above and they are also halogen-free that is made of materials which do not contain halogens, thanks to which they do not emit toxic gases in the case of fire which may be an essential advantage in combat conditions.
In addition, harnesses produced in Radiotechnika Marketing are characterized by very high flexibility, resulting from utilization of the proprietary method of twisting wires. Moreover, the methods of measuring shielding effectiveness developed by the company allow us not only to control the shielding level for produced harnesses but also to achieve very high values of electromagnetic radiation attenuation, . confirmed by shielding effectiveness for cable harnesses measurement in our EMC laboratory.
