At the beginning of February, we had the pleasure of hosting the Mayor of Ząbkowice Śląskie, Mr. Marcin Orzeszek, in our newly established branch in Ząbkowice Śląskie. This meeting was a great opportunity to learn about the history of Ząbkowice, presented to us by the Mayor, and to present our new production plant and development plans.

Radiotechnika Marketing in Sweden with official visit of Minister of National Defence
On January 20, 2025, President of Radiotechnika Marketing - Marek Dras - took part in an official visit of the Minister of National Defense in Sweden. Our company was invited as one of the representatives of the Polish private defence industry. During the meeting, our President had the opportunity to take part in discussions regarding cooperation between the Polish and Swedish industries and further support for Ukraine.

Visit of Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Technology in Radiotechnika Marketing
At the beginning of 2025, we were visited by the Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Technology - Michał Jaros. We had the opportunity to present the company, our products and projects in which we participate, as well as take a tour of the production departments and the electromagnetic compatibility laboratory.
Relations with local representatives of government institutions are very important to us, so we are glad that people responsible for development and technology in our country show interest in our activities and in the industry in which we implement our projects.
Radiotechnika Marketing as a partner of project PARASOL
The PARASOL project ("European Doctoral Network for Safe and Sustainable Electromagnetic Shielding Solutions for Mobility") is a Doctoral Network at the intersection of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), materials engineering, system-safety engineering and sustainable development management. The project involves European technical universities: Eindhoven University of Technology, KU Leuven, The University of Twente, The University of York, The Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya BarcelonaTech (UPC) and Tomas Bata University.
As part of the project’s implementation, an important role is played by partners—companies specializing in the issues that doctoral students are developing as part of their work. They are advisors and they also help PhD students to conduct research and develop their projects providing industrial experience. We are proud to announce that Radiotechnika Marketing is one of such partner companies in the PARASOL project.

As part of the project, PhD students are researching solutions in the field of electromagnetic (EM) shielding solutions, which has special significance in the development of future mobility. These are issues that are particularly important to Radiotechnika Marketing, because we have our own Electromagnetic Compatibility Laboratory, where, among other things, we also conduct shielding effectiveness testing for chambers and materials and tests of screening attenuation for shielded wire. Participation in the project allows us to support the development of PhD students in the field of electromagnetic compatibility. At the same time we are able to continuously improve the competences of our employees, as well as exchange EMC and SE industry experiences on the international platform.
On December 2-5, the DN Parasol network gathered in Zlín in the Czech Republic for the second Network Wide Event (NWE). The meeting aimed to provide PhD students with the opportunity to share progress in research and engage in discussions with colleagues, supervisors and project partners. The meeting was attended by a representative of our company - Wit Tyranowicz, who is the Chief of the Electromagnetic Compatibility Laboratory. During the meeting, he learned about the progress of the PhD students' work and had the pleasure of participating in several interesting lectures on, among others, TEMPEST requirements and radiated emissions in military standards.

The next Network Wide Event will take place in early April, and next year we will have the pleasure of hosting one of the PhD students in our Electromagnetic Compatibility Laboratory in Pietrzykowice for research as part of his PhD thesis.

Integrated Hybrid System - article on Defence24.pl
One of Radiotechnika Marketing's newest own products was described in the article "Integrated Hybrid Systems - a revolution on the modern battlefield". The ZUH Integrated Hybrid System was presented for the first time during the MSPO 2024 trade fair. It combines an internal combustion engine with an electric engine in a parallel system, thus ensuring smooth and dynamic switching between different energy sources. This design guarantees increased operational efficiency and flexibility in power management, which results in better performance and reliability during missions. This system is ideal for use in combat vehicles, drones, and other units requiring the highest level of power and drive.

Radiotechnika Marketing on Evertiq Expo
On October 24, 2024, we took part in Evertiq Expo in Warsaw at PGE Narodowy. Once again, we had the pleasure of having a joint exhibiton with our long-time partner - Panduit Ltd. - a manufacturer of cable accessories. Customers were interested not only in our distribution offer but also in our possibilities of wiring harnesses production and services of electromagnetic compatibility.
Participation in Evertiq gives us the opportunity to contact a very wide range of professionals representing various companies from diverse sectors of the Polish electronics industry. The number of participants in the event increases significantly from year to year and it becomes more and more international. We would like to thank our partner Panduit for the opportunity to have a joint stand at Evertiq Expo and we would like to thank all visitors for all meetings and the time we spent together. TEK.day Gdańsk
On September 26, 2024, we had the opportunity to participate in the TEK.day in Gdańsk. This is one of the key events for people professionally involved in the design and production of electronics, where over 220 exhibitors are presenting themselves. This was the second edition of TEK.day this year in which we had the pleasure to participate. The previous one took place in Wrocław, which you can read about here.
At our stand, we presented such solutions as rotary joints from Kraus. Moreover, together with the manufacturer's representative ODU GmbH & Co. KG, we also showed ODU-MAC® Black-Line connection systems for testing electronics and PCBs (so-called mass interconnect) with the ODU-MAC® Blue-Line modular connectors included in them. Our offer during this event was addressed primarily to test engineers, automation engineers and development departments of EMS and OEM electronics manufacturers.

Formula Student Poland is an international engineering competition in which students from all over the world take part. Their task is to build a race car which competes on the racetrack in various competitions and also present the way in which it is designed to the judges. The competition took place on the track in Słomczyn at the end of September.
The aim of the event is to stimulate creativity in the development of solutions that meet the requirements of the motorsport world, and also to provide an opportunity for young engineers to acquire skills that will be useful in their future careers. The idea of this event is very close to our hearts, which is why we have decided to invest our time and resources in supporting young people in their development.
During the competition, the students were able to visit our stand to familiarise themselves with our company, receive technical support on topics related to electric drivetrains and electronics in general, have coffee with us and receive interesting gadgets.
During the competition we met also PWR Racing Team – the best Polish team of Formula Student that we are pleased to sponsor since 2019 by supporting them with our knowledge in development of electric drive, ensuring components for building a cable harness, or carrying out electromagnetic compatibility tests on the race car.
Students from Poland, Czech Republic, Croatia, Romania, Hungary and Ukraine participated in the competition. The diversity of culture and engineering knowledge among the participants from different countries created a dynamic environment for exchanging experiences and building global relationships, underlining the importance of Formula Student as a platform for young engineers to develop their skills and network in the industry.
We wish the students every success both on the racetrack and in their future careers, and thank the competition organizers for allowing us to take part in the event!
