Based on the many years of experience with implementing practical solutions of several EMC problems, in year 2010 Radiotechnika Marketing opened a new Electromagnetic Compatibility Laboratory, located in Pietrzykowice near Wroclaw. In the laboratory we can perform EMC tests in special anechoic chamber and also make devices' immunity tests against temperature, humidity and mechanical stress. The laboratory serves as a perfect tool to test our own products but we also provide special services for our customers. We are not only offering possibility of testing customer's devices. Based on outstanding knowledge of our specialists we are offering our customers a possibility to adjust their products to the requirements of EMC norms and standards.
Anechoic EMC Chamber
The key element of our Electromagnetic Compatibility Laboratory is the fully compliant large anechoic EMC chamber. The room's size of 6 x 9 x 5,5 m (20 x 30 x 18 ft.) allows radiated emission and susceptibility tests for civilian devices with the 3 m test range and military devices with standard 1 m test range.
The unique double screening system enables us to run measurements in extremely high electromagnetic field energy levels. This solution not only overcomes the requirements of future norms and standards but also allows assuring equipment functionality in exceptionally severe environment. The screening efficiency has been proven for the frequencies from 10 kHz to 40 GHz. Hybrid absorbers, placed inside the chamber, assure the prevention from electromagnetic interference. Special shielded exhaust pipe system allows testing of working combustion engines.
The EMC chamber entrance has pneumatically latched and shielded door in size of 2 x 2,5 m (6,5 x 8,2 ft.) with moveable entry ramp. Inside chamber there is special turntable and pneumatic antenna for civilian compliance tests. Apart from this we also have special non-conductive table with ground plane to meet demands of military standards.
We can test equipment with size of 2 m (6,5 ft.) height and diameter and 500 kg (1,100 lb.) weight. There is filtered AC and DC power supply system 3 x 230 V, 32 A.
All test and measurement of both electromagnetic emission and susceptibility are performed under specialized Compliance 3 software and supervised by video system.

In addition to EMC chamber our laboratory is furnished with a wide range of top class instruments, provided by famous companies as Rohde&Schwarz, TESEQ, Maturo, Tektronix, etc.
We make tests according to wide range of standards, i.e. military standards MIL STD-461F, NO-06-A200, NO-06-A500 and civilian standards EN 55013, EN 55014, EN 55022, EN 55024 and EN 61000-6. Please don't hesitate to ask us for other tests and standards.
Our chamber has been tested and validated by one of the leading laboratories in Europe - Seibersdorf Laboratories. According to higher demands for screening efficiency all tests were made with increased energy levels. This let us to ensure that the chamber's design meets our high expectations.
