Quality control:
Cable harnesses testing is conducted and documented during the whole production process by the dedicated section for quality assurance and control. There is also a possibility to test the final products in accordance with the specific customer specs and procedures.

As the QPL approved connector assembler and value added distributor of Amphenol Corporation, we are able to offer an outstanding variety of connectors, ranging from the commercial and industrial types to the full military grade, state of the art solutions for avionics, navy and land systems. We are able to offer all necessary flexibility of interconnect solution within applicable connector and contact technologies (power, signal, coax, high-speed and fibre optics).

EMC compatibility:
Usage of suitable connectors and appropriate back-shell adapters combined with the proper cable braiding results in excellent EMC and EMI parameters of manufactured harnesses. The following parameters are typically achieved depending on the screening technology applied:
- single braid < 40dB - double braid < 40-60dB - double braid with the isolation between braids < 60-90dB
More detailed parameters are considered when designed in accordance to the customer needs and specifications. EMC tests are performed in the our own Electromagnetic Compatibility Testing Laboratory.

Automatic cable harness tester recommended by the leading harness manufacturers is the pride and the working horse of our cable manufacturing department. The accuracy, speed of operation, reliability and human-factor independence assures high quality of manufactured harnesses. System employs 4 wire (Kelvin) test points method. It measures continuity, isolation resistance, dielectric withstand resistance. Moreover, the unit enables passive components check and external system activation and testing. The existing configuration combined with the enormous extension and further configuration possibilities gives the powerful and complex harness test solution to fulfil any own production and customer needs.

DATA-BUS Tester
Dedicated and advanced Data-Bus tester is able to be used on all MIL-STD-1553 platforms. It enables to detect faulty connections within harnesses, as well as harness diagnosis and bus mapping. The Data-Bus Network/Harness Tester isolates all common wiring faults (short circuits, shorts to shield, open circuits and crossovers etc) on-aircraft. It can be used on any aircraft with a Data-Bus harness system. The tester records insertion loss between any two stubs in dBs. It is simple to operate, with no need to disconnect the main bus and comes with an integral battery charger. Lightweight and ruggedised, it is ideal for one-man operation. It is also the only tester on the market that can footprint a 1553 Data-Bus, allowing users to monitor system integrity and schedule preventative maintenance. Detachable transmission unit allows direct on-the-platform operations and can be single-man-operated..

We use and supply tools and testers of well recommended manufacturers like Daniels Manufacturing Corporation, Steinel, Glenair, Amphenol, Ultra Electronics BCF, MK Test. We deliver systems for cable harness testing, 1553 Data-Bus and ARINC 429 testing, aircraft fuel testers and electric filters testers. We offer a full range of tools for manufacturing the cable harnesses like hot air blowers, hand operated and compressed-air crimp tools, torque wrenches and terminals for back-shell adapters, contact installers and removers, mechanical testers, calibration tools, repair kits and many others.

We design the harnesses, using CAD, HARNWARE and other appropriate software applications that enable us to control the harnesses completely in terms of electrical and mechanical design and to assure the highest quality and reliability.
